What is a FunnyBio?
A FunnyBio is a humorous fictional biography that, using the information and photos you upload, along with some help from professional actors portrays your family, friends or co-workers as you've never seen them before. Completed FunnyBios are about 10 minutes long. They include professional narration of the subject's life from birth to VIP status, a full menu and a video photo album featuring photos you upload as well as personalized FunnyFotos created by us. The finished product comes complete with a personalized DVD and DVD case. FunnyBios are family friendly and can be viewed by all ages. For more information visit our How It Works page.

Can more than one person star in a FunnyBio?
FunnyBios are only able to be personalized for 1 star.
For what ages are FunnyBios appropriate?
We typically recommend them for 13 years and up.
Will my DVD player play my FunnyBio?
FunnyBio DVD's should play in all DVD players manufactured after 1998.
How do I place an order?
Ordering online is the easiest, most convenient and accurate method of processing your purchase. However, if you need assistance placing your order or feel more comfortable placing it over the phone you may call us at 1-888-293-5234 Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM CST.
Is my personal and payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are performed using industry standard SSL secured connections. Only you and FunnyBit Studios have access to your private information, and we will not share or sell your information with 3rd parties (other than for credit card authorization). Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
Photo Tips
The Subject should be looking at the camera with
their eyes open
The Subject's face should not be obstructed
When viewing the photo on your computer, the Subject's face should be at least the size of a quarter
Photos should be in focus, color and at least 72
dpi
Photos should be in jpeg format
Be sure the photos portray the
Subject and others in the photo tastefully, as the entire image
will be included in the
video (If you would like us to "crop"
others out of the photo, just let us know in the "Photo Notes"
field)
(Please do not submit any photos vulgar in nature, as they will
not be used in the completed FunnyBio)
Good Photo Examples
How do I upload photos?
Photos are uploaded during the purchase process on the Product page.
Just click the "Browse..." button to locate the digital image files on your computer or network. Then select your photo. The path to your photo will appear in the box to the left of the "Browse" button.

What if I don't have my photos now?
That's OK! You can email them to us later at
info@funnybio.com. Just reference your order number
in the subject line of your email.
What if I don't have 3 photos of the subject?
That's OK! If you do not have 3 photos of the subject you can upload just 1 or 2.
What if I don't have digital photos?
You can scan them into your computer and then upload them on our site
Go to your local photo print shop and have them scan them in and
email or put them on a disc for you
Mail them directly to us at PO Box 270672, Flower Mound, TX 75027 and we will scan them in for you. We will
return your photos along with the FunnyBio DVD we send to you. Note that while we do our very best to handle the
photos carefully, we are unable to insure against lost or damaged photos. Given this, we recommend you send copies
of your photos to us.
How much does a FunnyBio cost?
Your personalized FunnyBio is $39.95, plus shipping fees and
applicable taxes

How long will it take to receive my FunnyBio?
Orders shipped via standard production/delivery within the US will arrive in 7 to 8 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Orders shipped via express production/delivery within the US will arrive in 3 to 4
business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Orders shipped via standard production/delivery to Canada will arrive in
10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Orders shipped via express production/delivery to Canada will arrive in 3 to 4
business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check on the status of your order anytime by logging in through the 'My Account'
link at the top of the page. This will prompt you for your user id and password.
Once you have selected your desired FunnyBio, input the personalization information and uploaded your photos we begin the video production process to personalize your FunnyBio.
Will I be charged sales tax?
As required by law, FunnyBit Studios charges 8.25% sales tax for orders shipped to Texas residents. Recipients residing in other states are responsible for complying with local use tax laws.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. You may cancel your order at any time up until the moment production starts on your FunnyBio. This is typically the next business day after placing an order.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to have every FunnyBio purchase result in a pleasant, easy and successful shopping experience. As such, if there is an obvious flaw in the production of your FunnyBio we will gladly replace it or process a complete refund of the purchase price.
FunnyBios are produced with the answers that you provide through our online order form, exactly as you enter them. As such, we strongly encourage carefully checking the spelling in the order form before submitting an order - this includes proper capitalization of names and locations.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your purchase as a result of spelling errors.
