Photo Uploads

As part of the production process of a FunnyBio, FunnyBit Studios requests that its customers upload photos of the video subject. We do not claim ownership rights of any image uploaded for purposes of a FunnyBio purchase. For the sole purpose of enabling us to create a custom FunnyBio video product, you grant to FunnyBit Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, distribute, and display those images. You are responsible for all of the images you upload to this Site. By uploading or otherwise providing us with a photo or image, you agree that you are thereby assuring FunnyBit Studios that you have the legal right to each such photo or image. You agree to indemnify FunnyBit Studios for any damages we may incur, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to any complaint, dispute or legal action regarding such photo or image. Professional images that are provided to you by professional photographers or made available through websites, magazines, books or other resources, may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws and, therefore, should not be uploaded to this Site.

Children's Policy

FunnyBit Studios does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of thirteen (13) years old. We delete any information that we discover has been provided by children. We do not include any information on this Site that we consider unsuitable for children, but we cannot guarantee the content of any linked research sites that we may list.
